Our approach

We start from Odoo 18 Community.
Not Enterprise.

It is a coherent choice rather than a creed: Enterprise has real merits, but Community leaves you the code, the data and the server. What Community was missing to run a professional services firm, we wrote. That comes to 32 applications.

The source is published because a client who leaves should be able to leave with it. A third of the code base is under a free licence, no conditions attached. The rest is source-available: you run it yourself freely, and every version becomes free four years after its release.

An ERP, without the ERP project: you install the applications you need, when you need them, on an Odoo core we have not modified. No eighteen-month overhaul before the first useful day.

What this does not solve: Odoo is still Odoo. If you want an ERP nobody has to administer, this is not the right tool. It takes someone looking after it, on your side or ours.

Would rather not run a server?

Blue Fox hosts the suite for you, sovereign, in the region you choose. Your data stays in the jurisdiction you picked, with encrypted backups and tested upgrades.
